American bison

A lone bison in a field. The smoke from the nearby wild fires made for some insane lighting conditions while photographing the bison a couple weeks ago. A constant soft golden light that lasted all day. I was really happy with this shot. There’s just something so powerful and majestic about a side profile of an American Bison.
